Executive Leadership

Executive Director

Sets strategic direction, leads governance, and represents Med-Forum For Social Development UK LTD with funders, institutional partners, and member organisations across Europe and the Mediterranean.

Department

Head of Programmes

Designs and delivers all programme areas: social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, environmental education. Aligns with Erasmus+ and ESC standards.

Head of Partnerships

Builds relationships with civil society, universities, public bodies, and EU programmes. Coordinates joint applications and cross-border project consortia.

Head of Finance & Operations

Manages budgets, grant administration, and compliance with UK Companies House and HMRC. Oversees procurement, payroll, and audits.

Head of Communications

Manages website, social media, public communications, and visual identity. Produces content for funders, partners, and the wider public.
